Piper Super Cub

The Cub is an aeroplane used by the club for launching gliders into the air with the freedom to go to heights greater than a winch launch and can take the glider to better areas of lift.
It is a two seater aeroplane allowing, already qualified pilots,to develop the skills needed for this type of launch.

The Robin

This is a French designed 4 seat touring aeroplane. However it is also very capable of towing gliders and again can be used not only for towing but training pilots the skills for aerotowing
